A devoted UiTM Office of Alumni Relations was established in 2000 which to take care of and replace a database of alumni in collaboration with faculties and campuses. Sapura began with six workers members, in a one-room office. They began to present daily lessons to younger ladies in a room which they have been allowed to make use of, spending that year on this work. The school grew to become properly-identified and within ten years, the enrollment had elevated to 300. Secondary schooling started in 1905. Under Mom Hombeline, the enlargement programme continued.
