A few days ago I searched online for a licensed HVAC tech at my workshop! Condensate drain was clogged and flooding. and the timing could not have been worse!
If there is one thing I took away from that that it pays to do your research ahead of time!
My landlord pointed me to a reliable HVAC service network that has techs everywhere! Service was on time and I could not have asked for better service.
On top of that they offered a warranty on parts and labor!
