Hi everyone, so I’m kinda working on my law dissertation, and I’m looking for ideas in criminal law. I’m really leaning toward topics that feel current and easy to research, but also have solid case law to back them up. I’m also open to a comparative angle, or if there’s a specific jurisdiction that would be really good for a deeper dive, that works too.
